Yup, we have Jen and Robby as backup (Jen's my backup, Robby is Mark's) and we both have people in mind to bring on if we wind up out of commission for too long or Jen or Robby need to move on, and we always vaguely keep the long-term succession purposes in mind since all four of us are about the same age. Hopefully it will not be an issue for a long time, but we made it a point to plan for that kind of thing from the very start! (And, like, people didn't notice for the most part when I needed to spend two years doing as little as possible because my spine was trying to eat itself, for which I probably owe Jen a nice long vacation somewhere tropical once it's more safe to travel...)
