Fear not, anything you report (using the methods in this post) gets at least one additional layer of checking by an actual human person (and often more, since everybody who's working spamwhacking is really used to asking around if they're hesitant for any reason). Just report it! Especially since the worst thing we can do is suspend the account, and suspension is 100% reversible with no long-term issues if it turns out that we were wrong. (We do make mistakes sometimes! Like, some RPers are so good at making their accounts look like they belong in-universe that we accidentally mis-identify them as spammers and I wind up having to be extremely apologetic, lol. Part of the reason we introduced the "this is a RP account" flag for the profile is so RPers can flag their accounts and we're less likely to think they're spammers! not completely unlikely, because some determined spammers just check every checkbox on the profile, but less likely.)
Honestly, the most legitimate-looking 25% of spammers have such an overlap with the most out-of-the-ordinary 25% of real users that every site is going to make mistakes, and I'm of the school of thought that says if you aren't making occasional mistakes, you're probably not being aggressive enough with your spam enforcement. So don't worry too much! At most it will temporarily inconvenience someone, and we're quick to undo it when we get it wrong.
