No, we have no plans to offer icons only without the associated paid account. There's a lot of reasons for this -- I went into greater detail in the last point of this section of the business FAQs -- but the short version is: we'd actually wind up being able to offer far fewer icons to everyone if we did that, and the cost for the icon-only add-on would wind up being something like 90% the cost of a paid account.
