With a group that big, we'd probably ask for a certain level of paid-account rate to defray the costs of support, or one bulk payment to get X invite codes (we're talking about offering bulk invite codes for purchase, but we need to wait and see what some more of our numbers/renewal rates look like), but in a case like that, we'd probably bulk-generate the invite codes for a maintainer account and let you handle getting them where they should go.
