Yeah, that's fair! It's just a super common question why we have an image hosting quota/why we can't let people have more icons/etc. Part of why the paid account system works as well as it does is sharply limiting the features that are most expensive! (And not just in terms of storage and transport; images usually need a lot more moderation attention than text, because there's a lot more ways they can go wrong in Extremely Bad ways.)
