That worried me too. I think it's about the Online Safety Bill - you can see the progress here. From the comments in the 2nd reading in the Lords (I didn't read the entire thing) it seems like the ones in favour think even smaller & not child-targeting sites like Dreamwidth shouldn't be in any way exempt.
