See, that's my problem with it. They are not presenting as anything in isolation; they are body parts and do not have agency or sentience. They are being associated with femaleness by an external party; the person who owns them is not presenting themself as female. The fact that "female" gets associated with decontextualized body parts absent actual self-presentation is itself a product of a ciscentric/gender essentialist society.
