The only thing I know of is the Privacy tab in Account Settings, where you can tick the box "Attempt to block outside search engines from indexing my journal". (Although according to the FAQ "it isn't possible to completely keep search engines from reading and displaying [your public posts] to others". Iirc it has to do with the robots.txt file because there might be search engines that disregard it?)
