In addition to Latest Things that soc_puppet linked, we were actually talking this morning about what a site-wide tag search/categorization system would look like and how we could do it without a) killing the servers or b) conflicting hardcore with the use case of "I'm here for private journaling and don't want wider attention". Loads of social problems to solve, but we are thinking about how to solve them.
