Thank you for reporting these! Every embed source has to be individually added to a safe-list before they'll work in entries, and it looks like only one or two styles of the Bandcamp player were considered originally (probably the slim and artwork-only).

I've filed tickets to amend the entry for Bandcamp to accommodate more sizes of player, and to add Reverbnation as an allowed source.

If you find more player sources that you'd like to use, please feel free to toss us a Support ticket with a sample embed code or two. It does take a while to add (generally a matter of a dev picking it up, and then waiting for the next code release) but "Hey, I'd like to use this" is more than enough justification to get something added.
