I didn't come over in the big move from LJ to DW (I wasn't even on the site then), but I've been an active user since late 2012, and I can say I'm really grateful for the transparency of this site, along with how helpful its users and volunteers are. I used to be one of the 'mail in a money order' types, and I've had to give you a nudge once or twice when it had been a while after sending it because of your post office hours, and I never forgot how quickly you responded and processed my payments when you were notified. (I've since switched to my debit card w/Visa, so no more annoying nudges from me on that end)

I just want to say thank you so much for all the hard work you, Mark, and everyone who works here puts in to this site. Thank you for not buckling and censoring content because of Paypal. Thank you for not opting to make ad revenue money. Thank you for offering the content you do in the way you do. I liked old LJ and how it worked and this place hasn't changed much from the older version and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. It seems like every media site keeps updating and upgrading and changing to make it 'easier', but it winds up just moving further away from what it started as. Thank you so much for not doing that.
