We run the deleted-account-purging script irregularly, because removing deleted accounts causes system load and can lead to other problems. There's no planned schedule: we do it when load allows and when we have the tiem & attention to 'babysit' any problems that might crop up! So I can't guess as to when it might be, but we do try to do it every few months.
