There's a bug open for both of them - I believe Fu is working on the icon-browser thing already, and then there's a bug open to cash in paid time in whole-month increments for points, which can be freely transfered between accounts. That one involves messing with the payment system, though, which is a complex beastie and needs a senior dev (all of whom are unfortunately booked up with bigger projects for the next few months at least) to do it, so it's a little further down the road.
