Right, seed accounts are permanent accounts, and we don't sell them regularly and likely never will again (originally we thought we'd only sell them at site launch and never again, but we did have one case where PayPal screwed us over and we had no income for three months, so we needed to do a sale to replenish the money we ran on for those months). But seed accounts are functionally equivalent to premium paid accounts; there's nothing they get that premum paid accounts don't.
