You probably want "Buy paid services for yourself". (The "buy extra icons" is for permanent icon slots over-and-above the paid account services that you can buy one at a time.) Everything in the shop transacts in points in the backend, invisibly, but you don't need to buy points and then apply them to an item: just pick the item you want.

The difference between "paid" and "premium paid" is mostly in different limits (for stuff that has limits): premium paid accounts get higher limits. There's a chart.
