Yes, I should have clarified that 10 years is the break even point and after that (i.e. beginning with year 11) it gets cheaper. But I think it comes across in the graph.

It was actually cool to look for a tool to make graphs. The first one I tried wasn't immediately useful, but gnuplot did the job quite well.
