I just go to the default view journal page of two of my friends, and click on the Network link there. It's not inaccessible to me as a free user, just...cumbersome and full of irk.
It's not your Network that you're seeing when you click through from your friend's pages, though; those are your friend's Networks, which by definition cannot be exactly the same as your own* (with one exception, keep reading).
FOAF means "friend of a friend. On DW "Network" means "FOAF" - a feed of posts made by friends of the people you are friends with.
*The only way you could get your own Network feed from a friend's page is if you created another account, added it as a friend, then added the same friends to that account that you have now and accessed its Network page from your friend's page. The second account would have to be paid for, of course, making this "second account" purely a waste of time.
Point being, there's probably a strong large numbers argument for my theory that no two Networks (unless created by the same person with the same friends) can ever be alike.
