Yay, image hosting! I'm very excited for that to have an interface I can actually look at. And I read elsewhere that even free accounts will have a small amount of storage space, which is excellent.

Question: Will there be some way to import LJ Scrapbook photos to DW's image hosting? Or at the very least a way to upload from a URL?
