For that matter, suppose somebody with a regular paid account pays for 400 extra icons and then upgrades to a premium paid account. I know it'd be a dumb thing for someone to do, but, well... sometimes people do dumb things. I'm assuming the account would just be capped at 500 icons regardless, but would there be any sort of warning?
