We've put out the call for mood themes before, but the last three times we did, we didn't get any response. Mood themes are hard because in order for us to add them as a system mood theme, there needs to be a unique picture for every mood, and it has to have been made/drawn/etc entirely by the person who submits it: it can't be the kind of "screen caps from a show" mood theme that most people make for their custom mood themes.

So, if someone has a mood theme that fits those criteria we'd love to add it! But it's a lot harder than it looks to find things that meet those criteria and after a while we just sort of gave up trying (especially since it's technically annoying to add a mood theme). We'll add them if we get them, though!
