It is technically possible on the backend, but we only do it in rare cases (empty community, no posts or comments, no members, etc) and we'll generally only do it once since it has to be done manually. You can open a support request in the "Account Payments" category (which really should be named the "shit denise has to deal with personally" category, heh).
