you mention running a new import later, and picking up anything new on the remote site since the previous import. i have a question about how that relates to crossposting. i recently ran a new import, and while i wasn't really expecting it to, it definitely didn't pick up comments from LJ on posts i had crossposted from DW. is there a way around that?

and if not, since on some level my primary use of DW is still archival, could i make another account and run an import from my LJ to get comments from crossposts, since from the new account's view those crossposts would just be content on my LJ?
