Yes, the reason for giving Post a line of its own is becasue one of the very common complaints is that people mis-click Post when they meant to Preview/Spellcheck a lot, so we very much wanted to separate them. Judging by the feedback people want them in a different place, but it still probably won't be on the same line as Post.
