I was thinking of a link such as you find on most social media "share on Facebook".
In the past I have posted on DW, cross-posted to LJ, gone to LJ and shared the post to FB to let friends know it is there. Now I no longer use FB, I will have to manually link DW entries through my FB page.
It would be nice to be able to cross-post to FB, but that is probably a bit more complicated than it needs to be.
