Thank you so much for the attention you give to your users. That's a huge part of my draw to DW. I've heard others say the same. I paid for YEARS to that other-service-that-shan't-be-named. They treated even their paying customers very poorly. I am sure others will testify to having that same bad experience.
Finances are low right now. I am barely working part time. But as soon as I'm able, I will get a paid account again. Good customer service is such a rare thing these days. I strongly believe that when you find it, it's important to support it in every way we can!
