All these years I've wrongly assumed it hard coded in the icon file name, so changing the keyword created a new icon file leaving a nonexistent filename in the post/comment, which defaulted to default icon file.

It's obvious now how it actually works!

I really ought to find time to play around and see what other features I am missing out on :)
