Hi there! I woke up this morning to realize denise had said something about how that feature worked that wasn't actually active on the site yet, so I pushed it live real quick. :)

In a nutshell - the load restrictions went into effect Sunday night, and yesterday we realized that we needed to lift the restrictions for crossposts. The code change was approved, but didn't actually go into effect until a couple of hours ago. Sorry for the confusion!
